Un precioso lugar entre Villa de Las Rosas y Las Chacras, a 3 km de Villa de Las Rosas y rodeado de bosque nativo. Buscamos a eco guardianes que quieran vivir en sintonía con la tierra. Hay Vistas Muy Bellas del Champaqui y La Tierra Busca A Sus Personas Propicias. Hay agua corriente, y posibilidades de fácil conexión a la luz de la cooperativa, pero aconsejamos la autonomía de paneles solares.
En El Algarrobal ya hay varias viviendas. Hay una Granja Familiar, La Verdecita con Apicultira, Avicultura, Permacultura, Huevos de Campo, Fermentos y Conservas. También está El Domo Alquimia con Propuestas de Conexión y Meditación y el hospedaje Mantuan para cuando te vengan a visitar. Hay 7 terrenos disponibles, con aprox superficies de 2.800 mt2 y uno de 7.651 mts2. Lo ideal sería que puedas comprar terrenos más grandes para conservar, y apuntaremos a ayudar a los que quieran conservar e unir los terrenos.
Cada terreno sale 33.000 usd, pero abierto al dialogo.
A beautiful place between Villa de Las Rosas and Las Chacras, only 3 km from Villa de Las Rosas and surrounded by native forest. We are looking for eco-guardians who want to live in tune with the earth. There Are Very Beautiful views of the Champaqui and The Land Seeks Its People. There is running water, and possibilities of easy connection to the electricity of the cooperative, but we recommend the autonomy of solar panels.
In El Algarrobal there are already several homes. There is a Family Farm, La Verdecita that offer honey, farm eggs, ferments and preserves, and so many delicious healthy possibilities. There is also El Domo Alquimia which offers meditation, as well as beautiful guest house Mantuan for when people come to visit! : )
There are 7 plots available, with approx. areas of 2,800 m2 and one of the plots is 7,651 m2. Ideally, we are looking for people who wish to purchase larger plots of land for conservation purposes, honoring space, silence and the natural environment.
Each plot of land costs 33,000 usd, but the owner is open to dialogue to the right person/people.
